Sometimes dreams do come true.
And for 13-year-old Sophie, who is blind and suffers from hearing and muscle difficulties, it was Beyonce herself who brought her dream to life.
During her concert in Perth, Australia on Friday night, the megastar made smiles materialize and hearts melt as she singled out the special young girl and sang a duet with her.
Beyonce was her usual magical, stunning self as she stormed the stage as part of her Mrs Carter Show World Tour, wearing a sexy blue sequined bodysuit.
Sophie, who was positioned at the very front of the audience on the edge of the stage, had no idea that she was about to be approached by her favourite singer.
And she certainly had no idea that Queen Bey would both dedicate her track Irreplaceable to her and encourage her to 'help' her sing the famous song to the entire audience.
'I have a very special young lady here. Tell everybody your name, beautiful!' Said the 32-year-old mother, after approaching the youngster.
'Sophie!' she enthusiastically responded, with the audience exploding into applause and cheers.
In a move that would give the young girl a memory to cherish forever, Beyonce said: 'Sophie, I think I need you to help me sing this song. Do you think you can sing 'to the left, to the left?''
And Sophie did, with a radiant smile on her face as she sang the words at her idol's request.
Beyonce, who was clearly moved by the love of the special moment, then resumed singing and lovingly stroked her face as she sang directly to her in front of 15,000 people.
The prized moment was arranged seven months earlier by Sophie's loving and thoughtful older sister Ellie, who made a video about her sister and got it to Beyonce with the help of children's charity Hope For Children.
'She's never really been able to go to a concert due to logistical reasons so I made a video about Sophie,' she said, adding: 'I think someone as amazing as Sophie deserves to meet someone as amazing as you [Beyonce].'
Ellie explained that the magical moment was a complete surprise to her delighted sister, saying: 'She had no idea that she was going to sing with her. It was amazing.'
'Beyonce is her favourite,' she said as she explained how the night went. 'When Single Ladies came on, she jumped up and was dancing and everyone was watching her dance. She's still on cloud nine today.'
'It was so important for me because there's been a lot of things in life that Sophie hasn't been able to do, but she loves music, loves to dance and loves to sing and this was just something for me to show the world how amazing she is,' Sophie's loving big sister added, saying 'I've gained so much having her as a sister.'
'I told my mum that I got a kiss from Beyonce!' Sophie said, of very her special night with her hero.
It was a happy ending to the Australian leg of Beyonce's tour, and she will now head back to the United States where she will continue touring towards the end of November.
